Donna Corrigan is a Colorado Native who has lived in South Routt County for 30 years. She has held her Colorado Real Estate Sales License since 1990 and her Colorado Brokers license since 1990. Donna founded Upper Yampa Realty in 1991. To further expand her interests in selling ranches, she has also obtained real estate licenses in Nebraska and Wyoming.

Donna specializes in selling ranches, scenic mountain getaways and rural recreational properties. Her 35 years as a member of the Routt community and her extensive experience at selling these properties in Routt County have given her in-depth knowledge of the local area that no one else can match. Donna enjoys getting to know her clients, and takes pride in her ability to find good solutions to their real estate needs. She is consistently up to date on the latest changes in the Routt County and ranch markets. When Donna is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Donna and her husband Tim have raised four children in South Routt County. They enjoy the rural character of South Routt, and the quality of life it provides for their children. They love the mountains, and are both outdoor enthusiasts. Donna raises and trains foundation quarter horses, reined cow horses. She can often be found horseback riding, hiking and backcountry and telemark skiing. Running her own business, ranching, and enjoying all of the recreational activities the valley has to offer keeps Donna very busy; but she wouldn't have it any other way!
